  Situated in Sydney's Norwest, we partnered with Sekisui to deliver a state-of-the-art display suite. This project included the installation of a high-end kitchenette and an updated bathroom, showcasing modern design and premium finishes. Our collaboration ensured that every detail was meticulously crafted to create an impressive and functional space, reflecting the latest trends in luxury living.

  Engaged  to undertake the prototypes for Nepean Hospital Birthing Units and then engaged to undertake the fitout. Careful planning and procurement was required to ensure project deliverables were met and areas handed over ready for operational requirements. MMX Also undertook the validation on behalf of the Hospital to ensure operational readiness 

 The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) is undergoing major construction to expand and upgrade its facilities. During this period, a temporary doctors' office will be set up to ensure that medical services continue seamlessly and medical staff have a dedicated space to work effectively. This project involves the design, fitout, and setup of a temporary office space that meets all functional, safety, and regulatory requirements. 

  Enclosing the external COLA to a new enclosed space

The works consisted of new structural steel and façade works including for new polished concrete floors and fitout of the internal spaces, the works were undertaken in a live environment. The project was completed on time and on budget in time for use by staff and students for the beginning of semester.

 The 9-Level Fitout project is a comprehensive renovation and expansion endeavour aimed at revitalizing an existing commercial building. This multifaceted project encompasses three key aspects: the upgrade and extension of the ground floor lobby, the construction of a state-of-the-art basement End of Trip (EOT) facility, and a significant facade enhancement. 

  Exhibition Hall Refurbishment Completed in 8 weeks 

The works were completed ahead of schedule to allow for the room to acclimatize and prepare for the first exhibits, the space was completely stripped back and façade panels remediated, new walls spanning 8 meters strengthened to accommodate the art and the area is temperature controlled to preserve the valuable pieces .
